RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns window:
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not accepted. If you need a different item, please return your order (where eligible) and place a new order.
HOW TO RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at info@ekantalila.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once we confirm that your return request is eligible.
For selected supplier-fulfilled / partner-shipped products, return handling may follow the relevant partner supplier workflow.
RETURN COSTS AND CONDITIONS
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or a prepaid return label is provided.
Please keep your proof of postage, as returned goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
No restocking fee is charged.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in a resalable condition. If items are returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in a resalable condition, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
If you cancel an eligible order within the applicable return period, we will refund the original standard delivery charge where required. Only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a premium or expedited delivery option are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund promptly.
For selected supplier-fulfilled / partner-shipped products, the refund may be processed after the return has been received and approved through the relevant supplier return workflow.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear.
