SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the following destinations:
• Ireland
• Northern Ireland
• Great Britain: England, Scotland, Wales
• European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
• Europe (Non-EU): Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino
• International: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United States
If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that country.
PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
We process orders Monday to Friday (Irish time), excluding Irish Bank Holidays.
Processing and dispatch times vary depending on the fulfilment method and shipping destination.
Items are shipped either by EkantaLila or by one of our fulfilment partners. Delivery times vary by destination and product type, and items in the same order can arrive separately.
DELIVERY SERVICES, ESTIMATES, AND COSTS
We use An Post Standard / International Tracked services, fulfilment partner delivery services, or an equivalent tracked delivery provider, depending on the product and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, fulfilment method, and available shipping service.
Delivery times are estimates.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Ireland: 1–5 working days
• Northern Ireland: 1–5 working days
• Great Britain: 5–12 working days
• European Union: 5–12 working days
• Europe (Non-EU): 5–12 working days
• International: 7–21 working days
FULFILMENT PARTNERS
Some items available on our store are shipped by one of our fulfilment partners.
Where this applies:
• shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, fulfilment method, and available shipping service
• delivery times vary by destination and product type
• items in the same order can arrive separately
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
EkantaLila operates from Ireland, which is a member of the European Union.
• Ireland and European Union destinations: no customs duties apply
• Northern Ireland: no customs duties apply
• Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales): import VAT, customs charges, or other fees may apply depending on current UK regulations
• Europe (Non-EU): import duties, VAT, customs charges, or similar fees may apply depending on the destination country
• International destinations: import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination country
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details after dispatch.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking link.
If the shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@ekantalila.com with your name and order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or a prepaid return label is provided.
For items fulfilled by one of our fulfilment partners, return handling, return labels, and refund timing may follow the relevant partner return workflow.
We do not accept exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund promptly.
For items fulfilled by one of our fulfilment partners, the refund may be processed after the return has been received and approved through the relevant partner return workflow.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear.
