Customs & Duties
We ship from County Clare, Ireland (EU). No customs apply for EU orders. For UK and International orders, you are the importer of record and may be responsible for import duties/VAT upon arrival.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned to our headquarters in Ennistymon. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to send items back.
