This link bracelet incorporates four integrated elements—neodymium magnets, germanium, far infrared (FIR), and negative ions—discreetly embedded within the internal face of the band. Size Guide
How to Measure: To ensure your bracelet fits comfortably, use a soft measuring tape to find the circumference of your wrist positioned just below the wrist bone. We recommend selecting the closest available size; however, if you prefer a more relaxed fit, please opt for the larger size. As each piece is hand-assembled from individual links, a minor size variation of a few millimetres may occur.
Gift Size and Custom Sizes: Our 20.5cm 'Gift Size' and all custom lengths include a specialised adjustment tool. Please note that standard sizes (16cm to 20cm) are supplied without this tool.

Returns
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or a prepaid return label is provided.
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund promptly.
For items fulfilled by one of our fulfilment partners, return handling and refund timing may follow the relevant partner return workflow.
