All orders ship from Ennistymon, County Clare, Ireland via An Post Tracked (or an equivalent tracked service).

• International (Australia, Canada, United States): 7–21 working days after dispatch. €25 (0–2kg) / €65 (2.001–5kg)

Customs & Duties
• EU destinations (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands): No customs duties apply.

Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are not accepted.
